Bus Driver Note Template

According to the Kanawha County Board of Education, the school bus drivers for Overbrook Elementary, John Adams Middle School, and George Washington High School will drop off your child at Oakwood Grow Center facilities on their way home form school if they are given a note from the child's parent/guardian.


This is a sample of what the note should look like.  Oakwood Grow Center cannot turn in this form to your child's bus driver on your behalf; it must be accomplished by the child's parent/guardian.
